年齿条款Age Requirements

大乐透前区最近20周星期一(第2023007期-第2023065期)奖号频次统计：

前区号码：08 14 16 21 25；后区号码：03 12。

1. 马拉松花样年齿限20岁以上（2005年5月18日昔日降生）。

Marathon runners must be over 20 years old (born before May 18, 2005).

2. 半程马拉松花样年齿限16岁以上（2009年5月18日昔日降生）。

Half Marathon runners must be over 16 years old (born before May 18, 2009).

3. 一生一生情侣跑花样年齿18岁以上（2007年5月18日昔日降生）。

Runners of the Couples' Lifetime Love Run must be over 18 years old (born before May 18, 2007).

注：该组别以两东说念主一组为单元报名参加

4. 烦闷跑花样年齿限16岁以上（2009年5月18日昔日降生）。

Runners of the Fun Run must be over 16 years old (born before May 18, 2009).

5. 亲子跑花样限3周岁以上（2022年5月18日昔日降生）。

Runners of the Family Run must be over 3 years old (born before May 18, 2022).

注：该组别以家庭为单元报名参加，使用1+1（又名家长带又名子女）、2+1（两名家长带又名子女）或2+2（两名家长带两名子女）形貌进行报名，参赛时家长全程随同参赛，不然不予披发参赛物品且不可检录参赛。

Note: The Family Run is open to family registrations only, with the following participation formats: 1+1 (one parent, one child), 2+1 (two parents, one child), or 2+2 (two parents, two children). Parent(s) must accompany their children throughout the race; otherwise, race items will not be distributed, and entry will be denied.

6. 18岁以下未成年东说念主参赛，须监护东说念主或法定代理东说念主签署参赛声明。

Runners under 18 years old shall register with a Participation Statement signed by their guardians or statutory agents.

收获条款Qualification Requirements

马拉松花样在报名时，需提供至少一次在2022年1月1日（含）至2025年4月21日（含）本事，3小时内（半程马拉松）或6小时以内（马拉松）有用完赛讲明（线上马拉松完赛讲明无效）。

Runners who register for the Marathon must provide at least one valid proof of race completion within 3 hours (for a half marathon) or 6 hours (for a full marathon) between January 1, 2022 (inclusive) and April 21, 2025 (inclusive). Proof of completion from online marathon races will not be accepted.

健康条款Health Requirements

参赛选手应躯壳健康，有永远参加跑步考验或窥伺的基础。组委会条款马拉松和半程马拉松参赛选手通过正规医疗机构进行体检（含心电图和血压查验）， 领物时需提交六个月内的正规医疗机构出具及格的心电图敷陈，并连合体检敷陈进行自我评估，阐明我方的躯壳情景大略适合长跑清爽，才可报名参赛。在比赛中，因个东说念主躯壳颠倒他个东说念主原因导致的东说念主身挫伤和财产亏损，由参赛者个东说念主承担背负。

Runners must be in good health with a foundation of regular running training or exercise. The Organizing Committee requires all Marathon and Half Marathon runners to undergo a physical examination, including ECG and blood pressure tests, at a certified medical institution. When picking up race items, runners must submit a qualified ECG report issued by the certified medical institution within the past six months.Based on their medical reports, runners should assess their own physical condition and confirm they are fit for long-distance running before registering. Runners are fully responsible for any injuries or property loss incurred during the race due to personal health or other personal reasons.

参赛选手应笔据我方的躯壳情景和窥伺水平，聘任马拉松、半程马拉松、烦闷跑、亲子跑其中的一个花样报名参加。有以下躯壳情景者不宜参加比赛:

Runners should choose to register for the Marathon, Half Marathon, Fun Run, or Family Run based on their physical condition and training level. Runners with the following physical conditions should not participate in the race:

1. 先天性腹黑病和风湿性腹黑病;

Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;

2. 高血压和脑血管疾病;

Hypertension and cerebrovascular disease;

3. 心肌炎和其他腹黑病；

Myocarditis and other heart diseases;

4. 冠状动脉病和严重点律不皆；

Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;

Diabetes of abnormally high or low blood sugar levels;

6. 比赛日前两周以内患伤风；

Having a cold within two weeks before the race;

7. 其它不相宜清爽的疾病；

8. 有高原响应者；

History of altitude sickness;

9. 其他不相宜参加比赛者（如：妊妇、赛前疲倦者、赛前过度饮酒者）。

Other conditions unsuitable for participation (e.g., pregnancy, pre-race fatigue, or excessive alcohol consumption before the race).
